This Privacy Policy governs the processing and use of personal and other data of users of the official website of the Joint Stock Company "NAT Kazakhstan" (hereinafter referred to as the Operator). 3.1. The processing and storage of Personal Data is carried out by the Operator in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and their Protection".
3.2. With regard to Personal Data and Data, their confidentiality is maintained, except when such data are publicly available.
3.3. The Operator carries out automated processing of Personal Data and Data.
3.4. The Operator has the right to keep an archival copy of the Personal Data.
3.5. The Operator has the right to transfer Personal Data and Data without the consent of the User to the following persons:
3.6.1. to state bodies, including bodies of inquiry and investigation upon their reasoned request;
3.6.2. in other cases expressly provided for by the Legislation.
3.6. The Operator has the right to transfer Personal Data and Data to third parties not specified in paragraph 3.6 of this Privacy Policy in the following cases:
3.7.1. The User has expressed his consent to such actions;
3.7.2. the transfer is necessary as part of the User's use of the Website.


4.1. The Operator carries out appropriate protection of Personal Data and Data in accordance with the Legislation and takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect them.
4.2. The applied protection measures, among other things, make it possible to protect Personal Data and Data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties with them.


5.1. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the Operator and the User arising in connection with the application of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5.2. All possible disputes arising from this Privacy Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the Legislation at the place of registration of the Operator.
5.3. Before applying to the court, the User must comply with the mandatory pre-trial procedure and send the relevant claim to the Operator in a written form. The term for responding to a claim is 20 (twenty) working days.
5.4. Recognition invalid or unenforceable of one or more provisions of this Privacy Policy does not entail the invalidity of its remaining provisions.
5.5. The Operator has the right to change this Privacy Policy (in whole or in part) at any time unilaterally without prior agreement with the User. All changes come into force from the moment the Privacy Policy is posted on the Website in a new edition, taking into account the changes made.
5.6. The User undertakes to independently monitor changes to this Privacy Policy by reviewing the current version.
